The only place I will take my pets. They are friendly and good with animals.
My animals are taken care of fast. They have helped in an emergency situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good vet.
We had a very bitter sweet experience. From the moment I called their staff was very polite!! They got my dog checked in within a few hours after calling. After his check up it was very obvious Schmdit was super sick. His doctor decided to keep him over night on an IV giving him antibiotics. She was absolutely amazing. She called with updates every few hours. The next day after countless attempts to help save our dog Schmidt we made a VERY hard decision to put him out of his misery. The staff was amazing!! They gave us a moment alone with him tissues at hand! After we said our good byes they were very professional and explained everything that might happen as his took his last breath. Even after the procedure they gave us more time alone with him. After we left a few days after his passing we received a letter in the mail! It was a very sweet card signed by his vet and all the assisting staff that helped care for Schmidt. It also had a sweet poem attached about every dog making their way to heaven. So so sweet!! And very unexpected. Two weeks after he passed we got a call saying his paw print had been delivered and we could pick it up! When I showed up the next day I walked in and they all remembered me!! Greeting me so nicely they knew exactly why I was there. His vet Kristen was sitting at the front desk and she told me her and her staff all pitched in to pay for Schmidt to be cremated so that we could take home his remains. I was at loss for words. I was taken by surprise AGAIN! They had done so much already by taking care of my sweet sweet boy. To sending a card. & now this. My heart was filled with love! & I am very grateful for my experience there. They made a TERRIBLE situation and loss so much better!! Thank you Animal Hospital West for our bitter sweet experience.
Great staff! They are happy to help and super sweet! Very passionate about helping families and your fuzzy children; they are just generally caring all around. I HIGHLY recommend this veterinarian office!
