I loved West Haven crossfit! Instructors and staff are friendly with up beat personalities. Those people give me the energy and motivation to have A tough but fun work out.
Good coaches that know what they're doing. Friendly and encouraging.
Amazing facility, phenomenal coaches and friendly people. I've enjoyed the last 5 months at West Haven Crossfit. They've been nothing but helpful in my journey for fitness. It doesn't matter if your not as good as everyone or feel like your amazing. They'll find a way to make your workout specific to you. The people there cannot be matched, hands down the best most supportive community around town. You wont regret it!!!!

Not a better CrossFit gym out there. There are others that are very good but this is the best.
